Wesley Cheung has been practicing immigration law since January 2019, primarily focusing on employment-based immigration law. He has handled a diverse array of non-immigrant cases (such as O-1A, H-1B, TN, F-1, and J waiver) and immigrant cases (such as EB-1B and EB-2 National Interest Waiver). He brings a strategic approach to solving clients’ immigration challenges and seeks to provide clients with tailored solutions that address their unique needs. In addition, his ability to communicate complex immigration legal concepts in easy-to-understand terms helps ensure that clients can fully comprehend the intricate procedures involved in their cases.
While in law school, Mr. Cheung served as a student advocate for clients at the UC Davis Immigration Law Clinic for two semesters and at the UC Davis Civil Rights Clinic for two semesters.
