Rebecca Kutlow is an immigration attorney who first joined Van Der Hout LLP as the firm’s litigation fellow after graduating from UCLA School of Law. She is now an associate attorney with the firm. Her practice includes deportation defense, family-based applications, federal court litigation, naturalization, asylum and advice regarding the immigration consequences of criminal convictions.
During law school, Rebecca was an active member of Law Students for Immigrant Justice and worked closely with Professor Ingrid Eagly on research regarding the intersection of immigration and criminal law. Rebecca has also served as an extern at Van Der Hout LLP, the Executive Office for Immigration Review in San Francisco and the Alameda County Public Defender’s Immigration Representation Project.
