At this time, we have completed our hiring in the San Francisco office for Fall 2010. Applicants should have completed their first year of law school. This is primarily a research and writing position. Law clerks will prepare briefs and motions before the Executive Office for Immigration Review, Department of Homeland Security, and courts; assist with pro bono impact litigation; research immigration law topics and prepare legal memoranda; and prepare applications for asylum, other forms of relief and/or business visas. Required experience: Strong legal research and writing skills essential. Completion of Immigration Law course or immigration law experience is required. Apply by mail, fax or email.
