Law clerksWe have selected our law clerks for the summer of 2012. We are still accepting applications for clerks during the winter of 2011 (approx. December 2011 – January 2012), and spring of 2012 (approx. January - May 2012) in our San Francisco office. Applicants should have completed their first year of law school. This is primarily a research and writing position. Law clerks will research immigration law topics and prepare legal memoranda, prepare briefs and motions to file before the immigration agencies and federal courts, and assist with other projects as needed. Required experience: Strong legal research and writing skills. Completion of Immigration Law course or immigration law experience. Please send applications by mail or email.
