Stacey L. Gartland is a Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology and a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy/Biomedical Ethics.
